This program is the most similar style to how I have trained for 1 year 1/2 of my life and this training is to be credited for over 100+ lbs on my deadlift and 50 lbs of lean muscle tissue in a little over 3 years of training. This program is for those who want to achieve the most amount of muscle development while also redeaming a strong physique and powerful body in a short and productive 4 weeks.  The style of training included within the program has unique and effective excercises to assure a bigger and stronger version of what you were yesterday, while also adding Deadlift/Posterior style excercises for a strong and powerful deadlift!
